Do you match and beat opposition prices?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on any like for like product from any one of our competitors. This offer is usually limited to list pricing and generally excludes sales offers however if you give us a call we will always offer you the best price we can.

Can I receive monthly specials and other emails updating me with new products?

Yes you can, please give us a call or send us an enquiry here and we will add you to our mailing list, we wont bombard your email with endless mail but we will make sure you receive our monthly specials and our new product offers.

I'm having trouble placing an order can you help me?

Please give us a call or send us an email, the online store is designed to make ordering as easy as possible however it doesn't always function the way we would like it to. If you contact us we will always be happy to take your order over the phone and in many cases we can get your order going sooner if you phone it in.

Do you offer free delivery?

Unlike many of our opposition websites we do not offer free delivery, we strive to make sure our online pricing is among the best on the web and to do this we have chosen to remove the freight component from product pricing that most others build into the price. We are constantly reviewing our delivery pricing and options to make sure we are always offering the best pricing for freight that we can, if you think you can get better freight pricing please select the pick up from store option on the checkout page and you can organise your own freight accordingly.
